Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 October 2026
These terms cover the games published by Pexon Games, including Pebbledoku, Cake Glide and Bug Jam. By installing or playing a game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
1. The licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play our games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or distribute a game, or use it to build a competing product, except where the law expressly allows it.
2. Purchases
Some games offer optional in-app purchases (for example, removing interstitial ads). Purchases are processed by the app store you bought them from (Google Play or the App Store), under that store's terms and refund policy. A one-time purchase is tied to your store account and can be restored with "Restore purchases" in the game's Settings.
3. Ads
Our free games show ads, served by our advertising partners. Where the law requires it we ask for your consent first, and you can change your choice at any time with "Ad privacy" (in Cake Glide, "Ad choices"; in Bug Jam, "Ad Choices") in the game's Settings. Rewarded videos are always optional.
4. Your progress
Your progress is saved on your device and, if you sign in with Google Play Games, in your Google account. We do our best to keep it safe, but we cannot guarantee that progress will never be lost, for example after uninstalling the game without signing in.
5. Fair play
Please don't cheat, exploit bugs, interfere with the game or its services, or use automated means to play or to generate ad views. We may suspend features for anyone who does.
6. Privacy
How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy: pexongames.com/privacy.
7. No warranty, and limits
The games are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Pexon Games is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of a game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
