Pexon Games

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 23 August 2026

This policy covers Nonogram World, Sudoku World, Timmy and the Monsters, Blockscape, and any other game published by Pexon Games. It explains exactly what our games collect, what they do not, and why.

The short version: none of our games ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location, and none of them have in-app purchases. All of them collect anonymous gameplay and crash information, used to fix bugs and balance the game. Nonogram World and Sudoku World additionally show adverts and offer an optional Google Play Games sign-in, and the sections below say exactly what that means.

Which of our games does what

Our games are not all the same, so a single "yes" or "no" would be wrong for at least one of them. This table is the honest version.

What every one of our games collects

WhatWhy
Anonymous gameplay events — which level, puzzle or game mode was started and how it ended, how far the player progressed, the scores and times achieved, and the in-game choices and rewards a particular game offers (for example weapons, talents, items, coins and diamonds in Timmy and the Monsters; the puzzles solved, hints used, coins spent and game mode chosen in Nonogram World). To find where the game is too hard, too easy, or confusing, and to balance it.
Crash reports — the technical details of a crash, including device model, operating system version, and the state of the app when it failed. To find and fix crashes.
Performance information — average frame rate, number of processor cores, approximate memory size, and whether battery saver is on. To keep the game running smoothly on slower devices.
Basic technical information collected automatically by Google Analytics for Firebase — a randomly generated app instance identifier, the app version, device model, operating system version, language, and the country the device is in. To group the information above so that it can be understood.

The app instance identifier is a random number generated on the device. It is not linked to a person, and it is regenerated if the app is uninstalled and reinstalled, or if the app's data is cleared.

Feedback you choose to type

Nonogram World and Sudoku World may each ask you to rate them, and offers a box where you can type a comment. If you type something and press send, that text reaches us alongside the star rating you gave and the level you had reached. The box is optional, sending is optional, and the game asks you not to put personal details in it.

We use it only to understand what people like and dislike about the game. If you would like a comment you sent removed, write to the address at the bottom of this page.

Adverts, and the advertising ID — Nonogram World and Sudoku World only

Nonogram World and Sudoku World show two kinds of advert: ones you choose to watch in exchange for a reward (a hint, an extra life, coins), and short ones that appear occasionally when you return to the menu after finishing a puzzle. There is no advert you cannot skip or dismiss, and watching one is never required to keep playing.

Adverts are delivered by Unity LevelPlay (ironSource), which selects between several advertising networks. To do that, these networks receive your device's advertising ID — a resettable identifier Google provides for exactly this purpose — along with technical details such as your device model, operating system version, coarse location at country level, and your IP address. They use it to decide which advert to show and to count how many people saw it.

The advertising ID is not your name and is not permanent. You can reset it, or switch off personalised advertising entirely, from your device's Settings under Privacy → Ads.

If you are in the UK, the EEA or Switzerland, these two games ask for your consent before any of this happens, using Google's own consent form. Until you answer, no advertising identifier is shared. You can change your answer at any time from Settings → Privacy & ad consent inside the game.

Elsewhere, adverts are shown without a consent form, which is what the law in those places requires. The choices in your device's own Settings apply either way.

Signing in with Google Play Games — Nonogram World and Sudoku World only

Nonogram World and Sudoku World each offer an optional sign-in with Google Play Games. It is genuinely optional: the whole game is playable without it, and nothing is withheld from a player who declines.

If you do sign in, the game receives your Play Games player ID and the nickname you chose for Play Games — not your Google account name, and not your email address. It uses them to show your nickname in the game, to record achievements, to place your scores on the game's leaderboards, and to save your progress so that it survives reinstalling the app or moving to a new phone.

Your saved progress is stored in your own Google Play Games saved-games storage, not on a server of ours. We cannot browse it, and deleting the game's data from your Play Games account removes it. Achievements and leaderboard scores are held by Google Play Games and are governed by its own settings, including whether your nickname is publicly visible.

Notifications

Nonogram World and Sudoku World can send you reminders — that a daily bonus is ready, or that a puzzle is waiting. Android asks your permission before the first one, and you can refuse or switch them off later without affecting the game. These notifications are scheduled on your device. Nothing is sent to us to make one happen, and we cannot send you a message.

Children

Our games are designed for a mixed audience that includes children, and we treat every player the same regardless of age. None of our games has a sign-in that reveals who you are, a chat, or any way for players to contact each other or to enter personal information about themselves.

Timmy and the Monsters and Blockscape show no advertising at all and do not use an advertising ID. Nonogram World and Sudoku World do show advertising. Where it applies, their adverts are limited to those suitable for a general audience, and where we are required to treat a user as a child, personalised advertising is switched off and the advertising ID is not shared.

What none of our games collect

Who else sees it

The gameplay, crash and performance information is processed on our behalf by Google, through Firebase (Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, and Firebase Remote Config). Google's handling of it is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Firebase's privacy documentation.

The sign-in, achievements, leaderboards and saved games of Nonogram World and Sudoku World are handled by Google Play Games Services, also under Google's Privacy Policy.

The adverts in Nonogram World and Sudoku World are delivered by Unity LevelPlay (ironSource), which mediates between advertising networks including Google AdMob. Their handling of the advertising ID and the technical details listed above is governed by Unity's privacy policy and by each network's own policy.

We do not sell any information, and we do not share it with data brokers.

How long it is kept

Anonymous analytics data is retained for up to 14 months. Crash reports are retained for up to 90 days. Both are then deleted automatically. Information held by our advertising partners is kept under their own retention policies, which their privacy policies set out.

Deleting your data

We hold no account for you and no password, so there is nothing for us to close. Uninstalling a game stops all collection, and clearing its data resets the random app instance identifier so that any future data cannot be connected to the earlier data.

If you signed into Nonogram World with Google Play Games, that connection is yours to sever: sign out inside the game, and use your Google Play Games settings to delete the game's saved data, achievements and leaderboard scores. Resetting or deleting your advertising ID is likewise done from your device's own Settings.

How to delete your data — step by step

This applies to Nonogram World, Sudoku World, Timmy and the Monsters and Blockscape.

  1. Stop all collection. Uninstall the game. Nothing further is collected from that device from that moment on.
  2. Clear the data held on the device. Android Settings → Apps → the game → Storage → Clear data. This deletes your saved progress and resets the random app instance identifier, so no future data can be connected to your earlier data.
  3. Delete your saved game and scores (Nonogram World or Sudoku World, only if you signed in). Open the Google Play Games app → your profile → Settings → Delete Play Games account & data, and choose to delete the data for this game only. That removes the saved game, the achievements and the leaderboard scores Google holds for you.
  4. Reset your advertising ID (Nonogram World or Sudoku World). Android Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete advertising ID.
  5. Ask us to delete the rest. Email pexongamesofficial@gmail.com with the subject Data deletion request, naming the game, your device model and the approximate dates you played. We will delete the anonymous analytics, crash and performance records we can locate for that device, and any rating comment you sent, and reply when it is done.

What is deleted and what is kept. Steps 1 to 4 delete everything held on your device and everything Google Play Games holds for you. Step 5 covers what we hold: anonymous gameplay, crash and performance records, plus any comment you typed into the rating box. We keep nothing that identifies you, so there is no account or profile left behind. Anything not deleted on request expires on its own — analytics after 14 months, crash reports after 90 days.

If you would like data associated with a particular device removed, write to us at the address below with the approximate date and device model, and we will remove what can be located.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects what is collected, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, note it in the app's update description.
